"The space was a motel and not a hotel. When we arrived in our room it smelled like mold and bug spray. We were informed that breakfast was served in a building by the pool. The were socks, bottles and trash in the corners and around the beds. I didn’t even return to the front desk for a refund as we didn’t stay the night, we just booked a ride share and went to a different hotel."

"My grandson got sick (threw up) on the sheets! The hotel charged my daughter $250, yes $250 to wash or replace 2 Sheets. That is just outrageous! There reason ing is that mt daughter did not tell the staff that this had happened, when she did! It was 2 different shifts, so the people that were there when she told them, were not the staff that was there when it happened! Bad move Holiday Inn! Puts a sour taste in my mouth about staying the for future trips!"
