  • Welcome to Washington Heights - our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom upper unit sits conveniently located off the highway - just minutes from American Family Field and less than a 7 minute drive from Downtown Milwaukee. You will enjoy an in unit washer and dryer, high speed WIFI and 1 off street garage parking spot. Washington Heights sits right on the border of Milwaukee and Wauwatosa making the unit close to the major hospitals in the area as well. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Inside the space was really nice and a historic sort of apartment with a lot of historical charming details. It was very spacious, which was perfect for our larger group of 6 people who needed to stay, and it had room to spread out (we were there for the art64 competition and needed space for our supplies and it had plenty of room. Don't judge the book by it's cover, when you arrive it may seem a little sketchy but once you are inside it is very nice. I do recommend bringing extra silverware if you have a large group of people I appreciated that there wasn't a long list of check out instructions, when we were ready to leave we just left. When we had a request about changing the air setting, they took care of it super fast for us. I think if we are in the area again with a large group we will look into this place again.

Not my favorite experience

We arrived at this property later at night. The surrounding properties are in disrepair. Grass in the front is in need off mowing. The downstairs unit had items hanging out the windows and on the front porch. Once we were inside the accommodations were better. not great.

Difficult to get aroubd from the driveway through the stairway. Very rough neighborhood not matching the ad. Very bad road condition on the street getting into the house.

The property and instructions were easy to access. The description was well overstated and falsely advertised. While the owner did make timely responses, it was also very deceitful that she stated the bottom unit of the duplex, “may have guests during your attendance,” but that it was actually the property owner herself that resides there and also was incredibly rude to our face. Presumably because she did not know that we knew she was the owner. The amenities were severely overstated as there is little to no amenities at all, and access to the not appealing of the property, the balcony, was explicitly denied, amongst other issues. I also highly suggest you have video surveillance on any vehicle that, “must be parked on the street,” as our rental was damaged, which we were responsible for. We visit Milwaukee often, but will NOT be returning to the property.
