« We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

« The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

« Do not book a stay at this hotel. The Direct TV box was not hooked up. We took the top off of the toilet tank because it kept running all the time and we had to fix it about once an hour. The room was so dingy. It looked like it was painted by a teenager. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Now I will say the showers were nice and hot. And the mattresses were very comfortable. It was not worth, however the price that we paid for our weekend. »

« Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable. My week didn’t as expected as I tried to find activity after work until I sleepy enough to withstand the room. There was no refresh or towels or...

« This was one of the cheaper properties we could find in Omaha when we stayed. For the price, it was a good value. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« Hot water was non existent, asked for assistance and received nothing. Im very easy to please a comfortable clean bed and a hot shower. Stayed 4 nights and had 1 hot shower. »

The clerk at the desk, agreed to refund the money because the room was the COMPLETE worst hotel o have EVER encountered. It was so disgustingly filthy. I’m contacting you to complete this refund.
