« Springs were broken on one of the beds in our room, mold and leftover hairs in the bathroom, guests above us were extremely loud, could not enjoy the pool area because there was a large group of young girls hogging the entire pool screaming at the top of their lungs and splashing an insane amount of water all over the place that got my shoes soaked, breakfast was not good, the coffee was absolutely disgusting. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing birthday weekend and it was absolutely trash....

« Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. »

« Very run down, bathroom had stains, very old furniture. Breakfast only had a large container of water (which was pink in color-I notified the staff but they didn't do anything) for individual oatmeal packets. Have to take out your own trash or get fined, side doors opened upon my arrival, very loud, can hear every step if you stay on 1st floor. This is for more for people who are staying more long term, not recommended. »

« The room was not clean. The property itself wasn’t clean unless you were in the lobby. The lobby was deceiving because it was so clean and nice looking and the rest absolutely was not. The room had stains on the carpet and bedding, it all smelled like mildew, and all tables & the microwave in the room had a weird residue like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The whole place also just didn’t feel safe. »

« The room was nice and big with plenty of towels and nice bath products. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was pretty picked over by the time we got there, but they have a waffle maker including both regular and pumpkin spice batter which was nice. »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...
