« Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things.
We found the following:
⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it.
⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it
⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge
⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed
⁃ Bathrooms dirty
⁃ Some trash in trash can
⁃ Dirty toilet

« The property was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the location---it felt very unsafe. It was loud, and truly felt like I was in the 'Getto' so to speak. I do not feel like the listing ensures you know. I was a single woman traveling and I didn't feel safe. I barricaded the door with furniture at night. »

« Great place to stay! Communication with host was great too. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta. Safe, quiet, clean, on the 1st floor, and just a very nice complex. For sure would stay again. If you have ATT for cell service, you have to be close to the windows or go out on the patio to talk. WiFi works great! Wasn't a big deal and this is my 13th trip to Atlanta and one of my favorite places to stay. Thanks!!!! »

« Needs some care outside the front and back of house.
We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there.
On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and
thrown outside of the house
There were 2 dirty pans in oven
These things were annoying .
Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay. »
