"The Casper Cottage was super clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was nice. Matt and Mandi had good suggestions about local eateries and were very responsive with communication. We enjoyed our stay very much snd would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area."

It was a nice place to stay , except it has no elevator and had to carry luggage upstairs to room.

I stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly deserves a 5-star review, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The only small suggestion would be to add some fresh fruit to the breakfast options, but overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend it! Luiz

Breakfast was wonderful with porridge and berries, as well as hash browns to go with the typical cereal, bread, eggs, sausage, etc. Someone came around to take our dirty dishes and to check that everything was satisfactory. Great customer service there and at the front desk, ensuring to welcome us each time we came and went.
Pool was nice and had some items to be able to play although without a hot tub was a bit chilly for me, the kids loved it though.
There was a nice sitting area outside....

Only thing they could have done better was get more staff for the lounge. Full place and only 1 bar tender to look after it all.

It doesn’t get any better than Kimberlee at the front desk. Great personality, very friendly, and super helpful. She creates a welcoming feeling from the second you walk through the door!
If I had a business in Casper I would be trying to steal her immediately!!
