"Loved having a private balcony. The staff was nice and quick to get me checked in. The room was spacious and clean. It was a nice quiet night on the balcony watching the sunset with a lake view. Only issue is the TV didnt work, had a roku low power thing but it really wasn't a big deal to me I only use TV for backround noise in hotels. So overall im happy with my stay and if I end up that way again for work I will most likely stay again."

"We had a fabulous week here and enjoyed every minute. The second day there the shower handle broke and the owner responded to my text quickly and a plumber was there the next morning and fixed it right away. Communication was wonderful and the owner was so nice. The large yard and deck on the lake was our favorite. We saw many heron's, including one that caught a fish and ate it in the yard in front of us! We also saw a bald eagle steal a fish from a heron and there was a mink also! We enjoyed the fire pit, the long dock, and the kids loved the kayaks, paddle boards and canoe's. The lake at that north end has a wonderful sandy bottom and is waist height so far out so we really enjoyed the swimming. I was able to dock our pontoon boat there easily. Our daughter loved the hammock as well. Despite there being no air conditioning, and the days in the high 80's during our whole stay, the evening air cooled things off quickly and we were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us! I've had many people ask for the link after hearing our experience here."

"Small, cute, had what we needed. Some more recent upgrades have been done, which is nice. However, old building that has missed much general maintenance for many years. Infested with colonies of tiny ants and bees. Many spiders in all windows and door openings(I’m aware we are at a lake). Difficult to manage stairs without adequate railings for handicapped. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated that we could book only 2 night"

"Clean house that was pet friendly and close to the lake. A/C did well with the heat. Only recommendation would be to have more pans and cooking utensils. That was limited. Overall a nice stay."

"Property was clean, AC in bedroom only, host easy to reach, dog friendly. Not detailed, “climbing” the stairs was literally the method of getting up to the bedroom. They were so steep that I had to use my hands and feet. Walking down required turning my feet sideways a pressing my hands against the walls. I am 70 years old. The outside was also swarming with mosquitoes, canceling out enjoying the generous common area outdoors."
