« J’ai séjourné du 26 février au 2 mars 2026\. J’ai payé doublement pour ma réservation. Une fois arrivée, on m’a dit que l’argent n’avait pas été pris sur expédia mais c’était simplement pour conserver ma réservation et cela m’apparaissait pas encore dans mon compte. On s’est rendu compte du double paiement avant de quitter l’hôtel. Ils m’ont remis un formulaire de remboursement. J’ai signé un document à l’hôtel pour me rembourser avec mes données bancaires. Depuis le 2 mars je n’ai aucune...

« Excellent service. Chambre agréable et spacieuse (grand balcon avec vue splendide sur la mer!). Très bonne table et cocktails fabuleux! Hôtel bien situé près du centre-ville et des restaurants. Magnifique coin piscine avec vue sur la mer. À 10 minutes en voiture de Mambo Beach. Seul bémol pour ceux qui veulent un coin très tranquille: très festif (donc bruyant!) le vendredi soir. J’ai beaucoup aimé: je recommande! »

"J’ai séjourné du 26 février au 2 mars 2026\. J’ai payé doublement pour ma réservation. Une fois arrivée, on m’a dit que l’argent n’avait pas été pris sur expédia mais c’était simplement pour conserver ma réservation et cela m’apparaissait pas encore dans mon compte. On s’est rendu compte du double paiement avant de quitter l’hôtel. Ils m’ont remis un formulaire de remboursement. J’ai signé un document à l’hôtel pour me rembourser avec mes données bancaires. Depuis le 2 mars je n’ai aucune nouvelle. J’ai envoyé courriels et écrit sur le site web pour me contacter, aucune nouvelle. J’ai été obligée d’appeler expédia pour obtenir mon remboursement. Je suis toujours en attente d’une réponse. "

"L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 15 min à pied de Willemstad. Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant, pour la plupart en tout cas dans les restaurants. À l’accueil c’était parfait. La plage est très bien et les piscines également. Vraiment très compliqué pour réussir à avoir une réservation dans un restaurant à la carte. Il faut faire la file à partir de 10h le matin et souvent tout est déjà complet. Plusieurs restaurants sont souvent fermés. Nous avons bien mangé mais c’était de base quand même. Dans l’ensemble c’est un très bel hôtel, la chambre était parfaite et le lit très confortable. "
