Mikado : notre meilleure sélection de propriétés de vacances
8.0 sur 10, Très bien, (17 avis)
« We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

« En bordure de plage
Pour avoir les clés il a fallu appeller mais nous sommes toujours tombé sur le répondeur. Pas de réception. On a failli changer d hôtel jusqu a ce que l’on contacte hôtel.com pour nous dépanner.
Sinon génial car plage privée et partager avec les autres chambres. »

« Only one burner works on stove, sheets in one bedroom has stains across it. Sent images to chat. Nothing to wash dishes with. There was soap but no sponge or rag. Could have had the porch and floors swept better ... I understand its a beach house but the amount of sand was a little much. No broom to at least brush the porch down to help with the tracking into the cottage. The link to the guidebook didn't work...a hard copy binder would be helpful. »

« Host always responded to messages although we couldn't always fix the issue. Interior was clean but could use some maintenance, wobbly furniture, chipping paint, loose trim. Quaint and simple-everything is mismatch- no two forks or spoons or cups were the same. There were games in the closet and plenty of towels and pillows. Would have been nice to have some basic cleaning rags and spray. Plenty of outdoor seating and beach toys, but also cans and spent firework trash was on the property. »

« I’m very disappointed with this stay and feel it’s important to share my experience for future guests. While early check-in was offered, the access code was not provided at that time, causing unnecessary confusion. Once I did receive the code, I was informed that the hot water “may not be working,” which is a major concern for any stay.Upon arrival, the property was not thoroughly cleaned. There was visible rust in the toilet, as well as sand and dirt in the shower. Additionally, the kitchen sink...

« Unfortunately we would not return to this house. We loved the proximity to beach and the lake view from the upstairs bedroom, and appreciated the upstairs AC unit. That was about all we were able to enjoy… the place was very dirty, dishes weren’t clean, throw blankets were not washed and had awful smells. Shower was small with no soap, shampoo, etc. There were SO many bugs both outside and inside, which I’m sure is just a seasonal May thing and not the property owner’s fault. However, there were...
