"Clean room, great staff, close to everything"

"We had a good stay. The shower was extremely high power (I loved it, wife hated it). Staff were very nice and helpful. Building and clientele were bit rough. Back door to hotel does not lock properly so people are wondering in and out, with lots of marijuana smoke all around. Pool was green with algae so the "view" was either it or the run down parking lot. "

"Very clean, very nice staff. Only small issue is I did ask for housekeeping services since I was staying for 3 nights and they never came."

"I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff. Everyone there, valets, housekeepers, front desk, and bartenders, all, top notch, friendly, welcoming, just all-around great people!!! Room was clean, hotel was clean, location was outstanding, close to everything. I had a great time. Will definitely stay there again."

"The sheets barely fit over a very torn mattress pad that was exposed. The hallway leading to our room smelled like marijuana. The crib they brought me for our infant had no crib sheet or mattress pad and appeared very dirty. "

"Pros: good pillows, clean shower/bathroom Staff is great, breakfast is decent, gym is good for basic workout better than many hotel gyms, good central location, blackout shades are dine right with no light allowed in. I can’t express how helpful and wonderful the shades were! Pool table and lobby lounge is nice. Cons: stayed in room #404. Biggest complaint is Tyvola Rd noise is too much. Not so much you couldn’t sleep but definitely ever present and annoying. Some noise form other rooms as well. Overall this is a great place to stay. I would stay again but would try for a room on the other end of the hotel away from Tyvola Rd. Staff is helpful and courteous. There are two other hotels run by Hilton in basically the same parking lot. I would be interested to see how they compare. "
