I had a shower door that would not close in my room. I also had a stopper that did not work in the sink. I loved the pillows and the soft bed.

The place was great staff is so nice and helpful and well as the fact that the fact there is a shuttle that can take you to the hotel and airport is great! This is my second time staying and I always have a great experience!

First of all, I booked the room and I was supposed to have a regular room. They put me in the handicap room. I am 6 foot tall, very active and that was a terrible mistake for them to do to me. Secondly, there was a couple that likes to get up at 4 o’clock in the morning That sucks. Thirdly, you could hear the elevator ding. Every time everybody goes up and down the elevator and now that really sucked so either item number two or auto number three really piss me off but either way I think this is the last time I was staying at that place .

This is a great hotel to stay overnight. Our only concern was that our water was lukewarm at best for showering, and we couldn’t get bathtub stopper to work for kids bath. The staff was wonderful though and breakfast was hot!

Glad it was a one night stay
I read reviews. This said exceptional. I was disappointed. When I arrived with my grandkids, after a 10 hr drive, there was no hot water in our room and we had to change rooms. We showered and went to eat. At the room next to us stood a “lady of the night” waiting on her Beau. The area reeked of marijuana. My grands were like “what is that smell?”. Then came breakfast. Supposed to be a full breakfast. I have never been to any hotel that didn’t offer eggs!! Had sausage and potatoes. I don’t consider that a full breakfast. Lady in there was rude also. Not a hotel I’d stay at again.

Well kept and clean, comfortable room. TV was confusing, lighting in bathroom quite dim. Nice for an overnight stay.

Pleasantly Surprised
Overall, this hotel is a gem. Beginning with the friendly/efficient front desk to the cleanliness of the entire facility, we truly enjoyed our 1- day stay. Especially nice was our room: unique homey layout, clean smell and most tidy, comfortable bed, nice granite atonement to bathroom and wet bar, and a separate real closet. Our only dislike was the poor lightening in the bathroom/shower, as well as the lack of shelving in the shower (only a tiny one for toiletries).

The rooms were very clean when we arrived , pool area was very nice and well kept. Breakfast was good, hot and never ran out. Are rooms were cleaned when we returned. The employees were very very nice. Thank to the 2nd shift front desk employee she was extremely helpful and very nice.

the price was good for the value received. the room was good, but the sink in bathroom was very very very slow to drain. also was a slight odor to the room like stale standing water (we think it was the AC unit) Breakfast provided was great (eggs/bacon). And we appreciated clean towels that were dropped each day at our door.

Great clean hotel
Very nice hotel with great group of people working for it. Spacious room was cozy having a microwave and small fridge was certainly a welcome plus. I utilized HEB quite a bit to properly store grocery at my room during my stay. 24/7 shuttle bus to and from the airport was awesome. The only small issue was a slow elevator and a customer who swept the breakfast regardless of how they worked hard to refill it. Nonetheless, again, it was a great hotel and I will stay again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Sleep Inn in Midland TX. Every single person I came in contact with was amazing. So nice and so helpful. I stayed in two different rooms the nights I was there and they were clean, warm and I felt so comfortable there. I can't think of one bad thing about my stay there.

Actually slipped in tub. Was slippery and I lost my ba!ance. Not real mobile, and nothing to grab on to. Need a towel rack or bath mat in tub.
