« The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. "Un début compliqué avec l attribution d une chambre pour 3 personnes au lieu de 4. Heureusement, la réceptionniste a fait le nécessaire pour nous trouver 1 chambre adaptée à notre famille. Grosse déception en revanche concernant la piscine, non accessible aux enfants après 18h30. Nos enfants étaient très frustrés ne pas pouvoir y aller (et en plus, il n'y avait personne dedans). Rien ne l indique sur la fiche de l hôtel ou les messages envoyés par l hôtel avant l arrivée. C'est très dommage. La chambre attribuée était vaste, le grand lit confortable mais les lits d appoint étaient fatigués. La salle de bains était vieillotte et fort abîmée mais propre. Le tout aurait besoin d être rafraîchi. Impossible d aérer, les jolies fenêtres à guillotine sont hors d usage. Le restaurant pour dîner et le buffet du petit-déjeuner sont très bien. Le personnel est tres agréable. De manière général, la beauté du lieu impressionne mais en détail, tout a bien vieilli et mériterait une rénovation pour remettre en valeur le cachet des lieux. Le personnel est a l ecoute dans cet établissement qui grouille de monde. "
