Enjoyed this property as a group of 6 adults and 1 infant - plenty of space for all! Some baby equipment provided. The location can’t be beat, walkable to many restaurants, beaches and the Cliff walk. Short drive to a grocery store and to downtown Newport. Interior and exterior were very clean, we loved having the privacy of a completely fenced in backyard and pool!! Kitchen was recently updated and is beautiful. Owner is very friendly, stopped by to welcome us, provided us with all details we would need for our stay. Would highly recommend booking house for your Rhode Island vacation. We had a wonderful week at Blue Haven! The location was perfect! We appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the beaches with a toddler. We enjoyed the private backyard and pool. The location, with walking distance to the beach and with the pool in the backyard, made for lots of down time together. A short drive to Newport made for easy dinners out and fun shopping. It is dark and hard to see. The pool was a great addition and helped to cool everyone from the walk back from the beach. Great vacation overall. ##### Lisa W. This is a wonderful rental and Sara and Lance are excellent and gracious hosts. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. The downstairs is a great family hang out area. The pool is fantastic and the house comes with a lot of pool and beach equipment and toys. All in all, we loved our stay and highly endorse Sara and Lance! ##### Amy W. The house was very clean, updated and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The best part was having the beautiful pool in the back yard. We were just a few minutes drive from downtown for dinner, and in walking distance to the beach. Sara was fantastic to work with and we would definitely consider staying here again! ##### Danielle M.
