"The room was clean; modern and the shower was awesome. Access to the room was OK at times, access to amenities was not great- fob did not always work, it seemed like every access point required different techniques to enter. The coded key entry should have nubers that light up in the dark, these do not. When entering the space it requires 2 hands to enter at the front door, not the easiest thing to do when you are carrying in something and its dark and raining. The bed was OK but you could feel every toss and turn of your spouse. The TV was ridiculously small for a modern lodging. The kitchen and bar supplies were sparse at best. There were multiple laminated instruction sheets that could have more sensibly combined into one for ease of use. Because the location is on a busy road it there is no easy access to walking or hiking. You have to drive off property in order to get a safe place to walk. I cannot recommend this property."

"My room was immaculate. The carpet smelled new and my shower looked brand new. I may have been the first person to use it. In June I stayed up the road at another hotel that is in the same price range and it was dirty and I wouldn't stay there again. This hotel was doing construction in various rooms. I saw workers hauling around old and new carpet when I was in my room mid day. It's nice to see they are keeping everything fresh. The grounds and landscaping were immaculate. There was plenty of free parking. The hotel is set back from the main drag a little bit, so its quiet and drifters don't come and wander into the lobby, as I saw at the "other" hotel. I didn't try the breakfast because I was already working by the time it was served. I didnt use the pool but it looked clean, and there were several tables to sit at. The wifi worked well. The owner (or manager, or both) was polite and helpful."
