"Older building but updated amenities. Great breakfast, rooms were clean and comfortable. Manager on duty was a pleasure to deal with."

"Parking is available across the street for $25 per night. I stayed on a Friday night, and it was quite loud outside—even after midnight. Sounds like a night club or a bar. "

"This property is a mess. Dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed at. Would have canceled reservations if it was more than 1 night. "

"The hotel itself is in a decent location, that’s about it. The room was below average at best. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were also super hard. There was hair on the ceiling of the shower. There’s a bus stop at the corner where the hotel is situated. I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary though. I wouldn’t stay here again and I would not recommend it."

"The building is old and in a rundown area of Hartford. They are working on renovations floor by floor. The night I was there they posted that The 4th floor was closed for renovation so what floor did they put me in! The third floor and what time did construction come the next morning? 630 am! I mean seriously! Breakfast was very good and was kept full and hot dishes kept hot. The staff were always visible. I had requested a room with two queen and a pull out couch because three of us were traveling together. The pull out couch was not useable! It was in terrible shape! Very disappointing and apparently there were no other rooms! So do your research!"
