"The house was in excellent condition and had plenty of space for our large family (7 people). Being in Conception Bay South there was easy access to grocery stores, walking trails, and restaurants. Great location about 30 minutes from St John’s and a five minute walk to a rocky coastline. A perfect location as a stepping off point to explore the entire Avalon Peninsula. "
