« The Spa tower is nice and the king room is spacious. The front desk staff were also very helpful. Unfortunately there is an unpleasant smell throughout the lobby area—a weird combination of smoke from the Casino and a strong cleaner smell that may be attempting to mask the smoke. The casino is very smoky and not closed off from the rest of the hotel. Thankfully that smell was not in the room or on the floor of our room (we booked a non-smoking room) but you couldn’t avoid it going in and out of...

« Very interesting and quaint property in the woods. Great for nature-lovers. Arrived early, told we couldn't check in yet. Came back. Both times we had to hunt up a staff person not at the desk. Room was spacious (nice). Bathroom was EXTREMELY small, no safety bar in the shower. Bed not comfortable, frame sticks out on the sides. Breakfast very minimal (little biscuits and pre-portioned oatmeal cups) We would not return. »

« Our room floor was soaked. The bathroom fan was missing in the cabinet. The shower ceiling had water damage and a huge hole that needed to be patched. The air ran and because the floor wax so wet it was like sleeping in a steam room. For the price. Very disappointed. Put in a room the apparently wasn’t finished being fixed. »

« The hotel was decent for a night, but definitely dated. The room had stains on the carpet and couch, and the shower wasn’t working that well. Staff wasn’t very helpful when we arrived, but in the morning they were much nicer. Overall, it was just okay. »
