We really enjoyed having a bonfire at the lakeside and using the sauna each night. I also brought my telescope and the stars were beautiful there at night. Unfortunately, we chose the spend more time inside than we were initally planning due to mosquitoes, which were so bad everywhere this year. Fortunately, we were able to still enjoy the outside from the big picture windows. We all loved the retro decor and the living room/dining room is a great place to hang out after a long day of exploring and hiking. We took many day trips to area attractions. The overall layout of the home is very open with great counter space for loading, unloading, meal prep etc. The owner has included many little details throughout the home that added to our stay. Would love to stay here again. There is so much more to explore I bet its beautiful in the winter. ##### Gayle S.
