The rooms were nicely cleaned staffs was nice. The air conditioner in the room a little loud, and the shower water pressure too weak. Everything else excellent.

Greeted very well. Lazaro was ABSOLUTELY 💯 AWESOME!!! BEEN STAYING AT THE HOLIDAY INN DORAL. TERRIBLE NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFULL AT ALL. THEY CHARGED ME 2 IN THE SAME DAY.BUT LAZARO WAS AN ANGEL.
