The property was exactly as described and depicted in the listing’s photos. The view of Biscayne Bay was breathtaking in the day and at night. The family really enjoyed the vibrancy of the surrounding area, especially the numerous restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. The location was perfect for our needs, it was walking distance to restaurants, shops and clubs. Front desk check in was smooth although room was not available for check in until 4 pm on the dot. We were only there for one night so didn't get to enjoy the amenities the property had to offer. Sleeper sofa needs a new mattress. We dined at the Bayshore club for dinner with family on the patio and it was very enjoyable, highly recommend the Branzino. We also enjoyed tapas at Casa Xabi, amazing restaurant for the advanced palate, a hidden gem, owner/chef even surprised our son with his menu items, flavors and execution - our son is a very particular exec chef. Easy in and out access and parking. Apartment consists of a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and lounge plus a lock off bedroom with a bathroom. Air conditioning works well everywhere except for the main master bedroom, this made it very uncomfortable at night, there is a fan but we found it too noisy to keep on. Maintenance came to check the air con in the master bedroom but couldn’t improve it, seems the vent is too small for the room. Electronic blackout blinds are really great. Property as described and the views were outstanding. It was also located at the end of the corridor so was really quiet which we like. The location of the property is perfect for us as we like to walk out into coconut grove for meals and the park. Our one negative was that the AC in the main master bedroom was not that cold, it was really cold in the living space and kitchen but it did not get as cool in the bedroom.
