There is very cheap parking at 73th street. You must visit the Sazon Cubano, the best Cuban restaurant in Miami. Serves meals all day. The house was very clean and well decorated. While at “home”, the spacious living room and two bedrooms are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and the heated swimming pool is an eye candy to watch. I would highly recommend it to others as well. The place was very secluded. We flew into Ft. Lauderdale and visited with family in Miami as well-- it was pretty centrally located between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami-- so it was convenient. Ana Maria (the Host) was always very responsive to me when I reached out to her. We were able to enjoy the pool (which apparently is shared with some of the other tenants) in the shared space area. It was on the cool side, but we still managed to get in and enjoy it. If you are prone to mosquitos... I would strongly suggest bringing some bug spray if you plan on spending a great deal of time out near the pool area. There were several outdoor cats hanging around the premises as well. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable. Ana Maria had coffee there for the coffee pot- so that was nice that I did not have to buy or bring my own coffee in the morning to make -- she even had a few bottles of water in the bridge for us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, it was clean and relaxing. Thank you! ##### Michelle d. Anamaria, the owner, was extremely hospitable and so welcoming! The courtyard is just a perfect lush tropical oasis and it’s so peaceful! The house was perfectly equipped with everything we could need during our stay. It was hard to believe we were in the middle of Miami and it was this quiet!
