Had a very long stressful checkin process and had to pay $5/ bag to hold luggage until strick 4pm check in. Space was very run down . Internet went down and never was restored, AC wasn't working for a day. Maintenance man came but didnt speak English or fix the unit. My husband ended up fixing it. Pool was closed for all of Saturday and until 10 on Sunday for a private event. This was not comminuted in advance to atypicalended up fixing it himself. ##### Jessica W.
