We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO in Coconut Grove. It was clean and comfortable and in a fun, trendy area. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Overall, great location. Room was spacious with a balcony. Ocean view from balcony, but not really from the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

This property was very worn out and not in the condition as presented in the photos. Walls and ceiling, drywall repairs and repainting are over due. Tiles in bathroom are cracked.

Everything was wonderful. From the cleanliness, to the comfortable bed, the attentive hosts, and the location and proximity to Coconut Grove restaurants and shops which were practically outside the front door. We had a great relaxing getaway. The weather was beautiful and we went to the pool daily. Great views from the balcony and the pool.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was described as brand new…not really brand new…newish. It was great to have a full kitchen…pretty well equipped…could use a cutting board, cookie sheet and some bowls.Our neighbours were quite loud the last night we were there, but our property manager took care of it promptly.. That was very impressive!Overall the location had great walkability and was a lovely area to stay…lots of shops and restaurants!

#### Blissful Stay

What a fantastic surprise! This property not only matched the description but exceeded my expectations. I was in Miami for a training and chose to stay in Coconut Grove, and I’m so glad I found this gem. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It had everything I needed, and I would absolutely book here again!

I seriously didnt want to leave!!!!! Loved the balcony...ice maker...robes....bottle of wine...bed....EVERYTHING was fabulous!!!! Parking was great, appreciate having spaces for free THANK YOU!!! We loved every part of our stay!

#### Wonderful Birthday Getaway

This was such an awesome place!! It was clean, comfortable and so convenient to a ton of fabulous places! The view from the balcony alone was beyond amazing, especially on the 4th of July! The staff was so friendly and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive! Thank you for an awesome birthday home away from home!

Our stay was great! No complaints. Room looked just like the pictures. Smelled amazing inside, delicious wine to start our vacay! Nice little spot across the street (Glass & Vine) had live music, yummy food & great service. Pool deck was relaxing and beautiful. Thank you !

#### Beautiful studio

Our stay was amazing. The view is breath taking! The neighborhood is excellent lots of shops and restaurants. It was very clean and although it’s a studio, it is spacious and has a full kitchen and a large bathroom. Definitely recommend it and it’s a keeper for me on my next visit.
