3 day trip to Miami

We had a great time in Miami. David is an excellent host. He made sure we checked in without issue and the property was as we expected. I would definitely stay again if we make it back to the area.

Overall it was great. I would recommend and would probably stay again if I were to visit Miami in the future. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars- the couch in this picture is not in the house. The couch is alright but I was expecting this couch, instead there’s just a 3 seat leather couch which is still very nice but not as big. Second, we didn’t think the bed or pillows were very comfortable. Last, the kitchen could have been cleaner.

Terrible location

Here for a week's stay, and there was no storage other than two nightstands. Hate living out of a suitcase! Owner provided no Kleenex, no soap. Worse part was the neighborhood. Right next to a family with a bunch of screaming ... no parental supervision. Plus they have a rooster or roosters who who start crowing at the first sight of dawn. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Just amazing

On a passé un merveilleux séjour à Miami. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un lieu authentique, sûr et calme, cet hébergement est parfait pour vous. L'appartement est bien localisé, cosy, bien décoré: on s'est senti comme à la maison! Avoir une voiture est fortement conseillé, il y a une place de parking devant la maison. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont fonctionnelles et bien décorées, vous n'avez besoin que de vos vêtements. David est un propriétaire très gentil, soucieux et un très bon guide. Il n'a eu de cesse de nous suggérer des lieux à visiter et où faire son shopping dans Miami et ses environs. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour vos vacances.

Nice and cozy!

Since the moment I booked this reservation The Host reached out to me, asking me if there was anything I needed prior to my arrival, and kept in communication with me prior to the arrival. My stay was short, because i was in that area for a concert, I did not get to enjoy the place as much as I wanted to, but I can tell you it felt like home, Amenities are perfect for a short or long stay, the decoration was lovely and felt very “Miami Beachy”, they have two rollaway beds in case you have any extra guest staying there, things in case you decide to go to the beach, Definately recommend it!

Florida Getaway

We had a fantastic time and the accommodations made it so easy. The only feedback, would be to also provide beach towels. We felt bad using bath towels for the beach. David was great and so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed visiting with him and he provided great recommendations for dining and recreation! Thank you so much for hosting us! We will be back!

Cute house in a great location

Very happy we stayed at this house. Nicely decorated and very cozy. The property manager was so nice and hospitable. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect home away from home

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood that was minutes from everywhere. With only a 20-30 minute drive to Downtown Miami, it was an awesome spot. Also only 10 minutes from the nearest beaches.

NMB Stay

David was very helpful and attentive. While small, the unit was comfortable. We do, however, prefer a softer mattress. Very happy with the rental.

Amazing!!

I came down for surgery and David was awesome and he helped me in so many ways that he didnt even have to! The set up of the house was perfect for my recovery and David was always there when I needed him. Definitely will be back!!

Did the job

Some hiccups with the toilet and stove but the property manager was always right there to help fix anything that went wrong. The property is nothing special but for 4 college guys it did the job.

Have a nice stay

The apartment has everything you need and David is an excellent host. The house is ideal for 2-3 people. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a grill and a few simple chairs for outside. You can park for free in front of the house. In a short drive by car you are at Haulover Beach and everything else you need (Walmart, Publix, food, refueling, Aventura Mall) can be reached in a relatively short time. The area is not the most posh, but it's quiet and we felt safe too! David was always available and we felt in good hands with him. It was a good time. Chris and Holger

Great little home in N. Miami

The North Miami beach home was comfortable and spacious for myself and teenage son. The kitchen was well equipped to make simple meals. The neighborhood was safe and I was always able to get parking right outside the front gate. The location of this home was perfect, it was easy to get to the main road and to the highway to get into Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Target, Publix and other shopping were very close by. David, owner, was very friendly and checked up on us any time we ran into him outside. He answered all my questions and requests promptly. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Miami area.

Amazing

The host David is an awesome person. He is there if you need him ASAP. The house was very nice. Clean and there was plenty of towels and blankets for everyone.. The TV had every app you can think of to watch movies while you rested from your day. It’s near the airports and the beaches. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK & USING THIS HOUSE EVERY TIME💯❤️.
