Perfectly clean with everything you need, perfect view from the balcony, perfect amenities, perfect location. I cannot express how great of a stay this was, walking distance to city center, walking distance to many restaurants, walking distance to bayside market. I will definitely stay again at this beautiful, safe, convenient, friendly location. This was a perfect spot-apartment was pristine, beds super comfy and the view over the pool and the bay was gorgeous. Vanessa was so lovely to work with from beginning to end, kind clear communications and accommodating when we asked to check in a little early and leave a little later. Very walkable area with lots of great restaurants, and a Whole Foods with 10 min walk. Definitely perfect for our short Miami family excursion sans the parties of South beach, etc. Highly recommend! ##### LINDSAY A. We were not disappointed at all with our choice of where to stay. We loved the condo. It is in a great location, the view from the balcony was amazing, free parking was provided, and best of all the condo was super clean. It was also nicely decorated. I felt at home. The beds were comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal, to wash a load of laundry, to clean, etc. It was quiet. We didn't have noisy neighbors. Checking in was super easy. Vanessa the host was awesome. She was very helpful. She checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She even recommended places to get good food.
