Plentiful space includes 2.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer and a full-size fridge. We find Brickell convenient to other parts of Miami. As a base, the Four Seasons is relaxing and fun. The swimming pools are magnificent for all ages. There’s almost always a cosmopolitan group of guests. Suggestion for a walkable breakfast: It’s an invigorating stroll to the outside cafe at the Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key has a spectacular view. ##### B J. The room configuration was spacious. However, the maintenance and cleanliness of the room wasn’t good, and not what I expected from a Four Seasons. Some of the cabinetry was falling apart. The sofa and seating area in the common area was stained significantly. There is a sleeper sofa - but when we opened it, was very clear that it hadn’t been cleaned in forever (lots of crumbs, etc). The heater (was unusually cold in Miami this December) made a very loud noise and smelled. If the entire unit was cleaned throughly and more regularly maintained, it would be great.
