Our cozy and spacious house is perfectly situated near the city’s top neighborhoods—offering easy access to beaches, nightlife, cultural attractions, and world-class dining. From the colorful streets of Little Havana to the art-filled walls of Wynwood, there’s always something new to explore just minutes away. 🏡 The Space \* Sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably \* Bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Bunk bed with trundle \* Living room: Pull-out couch to be a queen bed \* 2 bathrooms with showers \* Bright and open common area \* Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs 🚗 Parking On-site parking for 4 vehicles and additional free street parking available. 🔑 Guest Access & Support Guests enjoy full access to the entire property. I’m always just a text or email away if you need anything during your stay. 🌿 Other Things to Note There are a few free‑roaming chickens in the neighborhood. They’re harmless but may occasionally make noise in the morning. If you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs might be helpful. A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and other residents by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Damage and Missing Items: While we trust our guests to treat our home with care, accidents can happen. Any damage or missing items discovered during or after your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. Please inform us immediately if you notice any damages or items that require attention. Guests will be invoiced for anything missing or damaged upon checkout. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest. We have a patio with chairs and a large backyard should you wish to smoke outside. Additional Cleaning Fees: For messes left upon checkout that are egregious and beyond the scope of a \`regular\` cleaning, guests will be charged an additional fee of $60 per hour of cleaning to compensate the cleaning company. Any charges in connection with damage of property, whether by natural person, automotive, pet or otherwise, will be assessed in addition to any cleaning fee and/or pet fee. Please do not put food or objects down the kitchen sink drain. The sink does not have a garbage disposal. All guests and pets must be disclosed to the host. A porta principal era de vidro totalmente transparente, a garagem é estreita não passa um SUV. O Banheiro do quarto principal não tranca, o outro está cheio de escorridos pelas paredes além de ser bem pequeno.O quarto com a beliche é muito pequeno, q beliche é de metal, super barulhenta, qualquer movimento acorda todos do quarto, os colchões da mesma são muito finos, da pra sentir os metais da cama.Quase não dormi com preocupação, pois os vizinhos estavam olhando meio estranho quando chegamos, na madrugada ouvi gritos que pareciam estar vindo do quintal da casa…. There are roosters in the yard (actually quite charming) and property on busy street but what isn't captured in pictures/description is property is between a duplex and a small apartment building. Duplex resident's party/visit on their back stoop which is only feet from the property bedrooms. My son and I found it difficult to sleep all 3 nights with noise coming from neighbors and street. Over all, a good value for Miami if you don't mind noise.
