Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each boast a luxurious King Bed. Bedrooms 4 and 6 are each furnished with a cozy Queen Bed, while Bedroom 3 has 2 Double Beds, and Bedroom 5 offers 2 Twin Beds. For a more private experience, the Cottage Bedroom (Bedroom 8) features a Queen Bed, and the Game Bedroom (Bedroom 7) has a Sofa Bed equivalent to 2 Twin beds (no door for this room). HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM-11 AM RESERVATION POLICIES: 1 - Door codes are always shared after photo id and selfie in front of the front door are sent. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 AM). 2 - Early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour. This is offered based on availability. 3 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in. 4 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this. 5 - No courtesy refunds are provided. 6 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day. 7 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day. 8 - REGISTRATION POLICY: Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. It's crucial to complete the registartion accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund. 9 - CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan. Our family enjoyed this large, clean space with its many amenities including a spacious backyard that has a pool, small putting green, basketball pickleball court, table tennis, fire pit, BBQ, and seating areas. Our host Daniel was friendly and responsive, answering our questions within minutes. We researched 20+ houses but kept going back to this one. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with the setup and the pictures/ description matched everything that was featured online. There were 11 of us and we were able to move about the house comfortably and had enough space to gather for lots of fun memories. We especially enjoyed the pool, putt-putt golf and basketball court.
