Open kitchen layout and spacious and comfortable Livingroom with a sofa that opens to a queen size bed. 1 self parking available. Full-service building with 24/7 security, valet parking, billiards, gym, ping-pong, etc. Spacious balcony with intracoastal view. Building is located on the beach and is close to supermarkets, restaurants, casino, Aventura Mall, 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and 25 minutes from Miami international Airport.
