Loved, loved, loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us all the help we needed. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready so we grabbed a coffee and checked out the hotel pool and fitness area. The room was ready very quickly and the front desk staff came looking for us to give us our room keys! We were thrilled that they didn't wait for us to go to them but sought us out! Thank you so much for all the little touches that make a difference in helping others feel...
