Complete disappointment. Staff are very rude, and the hotel as a whole is old and very out dated. Furthermore the hotel uses out dated key pad passcode locks that do not seem secure what so ever. Don’t understand how this place is still even open. Front desk and valet staff do not even have basic etiquettes. Do not waste your money here. They have security working as the lobby receptionist; it kind of tells you what type of place this is. You have been warned!

Great condo, very quiet, security guards make you feel welcome, and absolutely loved the pool being open and sitting by it enjoying my kids and husband. Definitely worth the money

The concept of the property means well, But has a lot of work to do. Room was so not worth it. Need a lot of work done inside rooms. Restaurants inside was amazing. Security does an awesome job. Valet parking great guys.

Horrible smell everywhere for starters a security checks you in then u get a code that doesn’t work go back down have to call a number then get another code that does not work call again get a code and hung up didn’t get chance to write down called in the morning asked for late check out said can’t even tho I spent from 9:30 till 11:30 pm to get into room and called in morning. For 30 mins to get the code again that I never got. Horrible service place looks worse than a motel by hour
