### Holiday home with garden, pool and terrace

The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2021, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property onto the garden and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing, campfire site, and courtyard.  
  
**Location**  
Mezőkövesd, district Zsórifürdő. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house.  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Children's toys, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and tumble dryer. Television reception via cable. TV channels only in the local language. Foreign tax exemption. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.  
  
**Pool**  
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early July to late August, diameter 2 m, 0.70 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday home is on the upper floor and leads directly into the kitchen-living room via an external staircase. **Living room** (45 sqm, walk-through room) with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, dining area (1 seat) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). **2 bedrooms each** with 2 single beds. **Kitchenette** (5 sqm) with TV, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. **Bathroom** (5 sqm) with tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
