This was the best place to stay in Mexico City! It was clean, modern, and most of all, I felt safe. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the fact that there was an AC! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I am definitely picking this place when I come back!

Good value for the money and def a spot to stay for weeks on business or pleasure as the kitchens are fully equipped. Didn’t appreciate them not giving us the early check in we paid for and expected - especially after a recent medical emergency and needed to rest. Staff were lovely otherwise.

I had a great experience at ULIV Cibeles. he location is amazing. Everything you need is right outside your door. The area is walkable, very safe, a beautiful blend of new and old architecture, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, markets, local business...everything I needed was available to me. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Julio and Edmundo were gems in assisting me with anything I needed. The room was well-equipped and had a wonderful view. The gym, laundry and outdoor deck were great for a longer stay, and complementary laundry soap nd softener were provided. I stayed for 3 weeks and wouldn't hesitate to return!
