Front desk guy was rude and the people in the room next to us were loud, but the hotel was clean and the other service staff were very nice.

Very helpful staff.
For the location (across the street from the Zona Rosa and in Roma Norte) the price is extremely good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room could have been a little cleaner. Bed could have been a little softer. My only real complaint is that Mexico City was having a heat wave, and the AC was only so-so. The front desk did loan me a fan, which was the only way I was able to stand it. Furnishings and bathroom were a littel tight and dated, but again, for the price and location, the quality was excellent.

Pros: Reasonably priced. Polite and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Tasty food. Free parking was a huge help. Safe neighborhood. Good walking distance to public transportation and shopping. Great hotel for a short stay if you're on a budget. Cons: Not as close to the airport as you might think. Almost a 45 minute drive in traffic. Air conditioning is not good. The room was extremely hot and they can't provide a fan. Traffic outside is noisy through the night. Amenities are bare minimum. Overall, the hotel fit my budget and met most of my needs. My trip went smoothly without any obstacles, although I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

No air conditioning
I booked this hotel because I read the good reviews and because it specifically said it had air conditioning in both hotel descriptions and and specific room description. None of this was true, not even a fan. Since CDMX was experiencing a heat wave I scouted for hotel with air conditioning. Also, room was way smaller than the 269sqfeet advertised On the other hand personnel was attentive and this goes specifically to the hotel itself or those responsible of lying on description

I liked the property area, given there are multiple hotels around and plenty of foreigners in the area, making the area feel safe. Hotel itself was nice and clean, friendly staff and helpful when having concerns.

Good Bargain
This was my first stay at Segovia and it was a pleasant surprise. I am a budget traveler and this property checked all of my boxes. Only a five minute walk from restaurants and nightlife, the property is clean and secure. The furnishings are a little old, and they are the very definition of basic, but everything worked. The staff is efficient and friendly. Good value for the price.

Juana our housekeeper was amazing! She cleaned our room and was helpful when we need other items. She was so friendly and professional! The hotel has street venders on the street behind the building. Great green juice (Sergio's jugos) a sandwich Puebla stand, wonderful birria el compita. Very safe to walk around at all hours. 2 am safe! Train is about 3 min walk. Ubers were budget since this hotel is centrally location. ¡Juana, nuestra ama de llaves, fue increíble! Ella limpió nuestra habitación y fue amable cuando necesitábamos otros artículos. ¡Muy amable y profesional! El hotel tiene vendedores por en la calle detrás del edificio. Ricos jugos verdes (Sergio's jugos) un puesto de sándwich Puebla, maravillosa birria (el compita). Muy seguro para caminar a todas horas-2 am seguro! El metro está a 3 minutos y los Ubers muy económicos ya que está el hotel muy centrado.

Love the Segovia Regency
I always enjoy my stay at this property. The people are amazing and the location is perfect. One does not need to drive a car if staying at this hotel. All types of transportation is right there around the corner.

Great place to stay
The Hotel is a great value for your money. Great location basically next to a Subway station and in the middle of the Zona Rosa, Reforma, Chapultepec and the Angel de Independence.

It’s an old run down hotel that needs to be renovated. Elevator buttons are sticking out and ready to fall on the floor. Old carpet in the room, broken faucets and hard mattress. The lobby is outdated and the couch is ripped. One day an elevator was not working. No room service information in the room.
