Not worthy, we had a wet and used underwear in the shower from the previous guest and hair everywhere…and although they sorted out the issue, the truth is they asked if that wasn’t mine after just 20mins in the room (and let me be clear, we checked in 4hrs pass 3pm).

Poor service overall. Called us around 4 am twice for a wake up call that we did not request. Caller was rude (Eduardo Vargas). No pastries for breakfast around 9:30 am. Hotel was great, got in earlier than check in time. The front staff specially the guy didn’t his get his name was extremely rude and sarcastic. They wanted me to pay for early check in which I find very tacky. The customer relation girl name Jamel was excellent and gave us very good customer service. The rest of the ppl weren’t that nice. Which is very sad cause I won’t be staying there anymore

The hotel is modern amd clean. However the hotel needs to update its Mattresses and Pillows!! The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable and the pillows where also very uncomfortable. At the end of tbe day if your beds are uncomfortable it negates all tne great things about the hotel. I came home with sore neck and back!

Overall I liked this hotel fantastic location in Condesa lots of great restaurants and bars walking distance. big comfortable room. My third day I asked three times to have my room cleaned which finally happened but they kept leaving only decaf coffee pods (i thought must be caffeinated but a little internet research explained why my morning coffee did not wake me up) When I checked in they put me on the top floor which I appreciated until the night before my 8 am flight the skybar on the roof came alive. so loud my mirrors in the bathroom rattled and made noice to the base all till 2 am. Then at 4:30 am they decided to move all the tables above my head back in place. DO NOT STAY ON THE 8th floor. Plus skip room service expensive and not very good lots of better options close by.

Very ‘designer’ Good bathroom, great shower but stupid sink, water goes everywhere , and you can’t wash your knickers. Great gym. . Lots of bars. Shares many facilities with the Andaz hotel, basically in the sane building.

In general the hotel has a good location and a great Mediterranean restaurant. We tried booking couple of tours through the hotel concierge and it was a disaster. We didn’t get a response on time and had to book directly from the vendors, which made us loose an entire day of planned activities. Twice during our stay our room was not cleaned. I complained to the management and they apologize but then it happened again. Very frustrating!
