I will begin with the good things: The room is very big and comfortable. Bed and bathroom are comfortable. They have a washer and drier you can use for free. Now the bad things: They MUST say they DO NOT have air conditioner in the rooms. Mexico on these days is hot. That was very uncomfortable. They don't have any amenities at all. Fitness room is nothing. hey just have one person at reception. When he goes to the bathroom or to do anything else, you have to wait at the door to go out or get in. It happens to me two times. Waiting for about 10 mins to open the door to exit.

We loved our stay here. Javier was a fantastic host and his entire team were extremely professional and courteous. The location was perfect for getting to all the places we wanted to see and the small boutique hotel made it possible to get to know our hosts and not just say Hi as we walked past them each day. Javier always had great ideas for things to see or do and he helped us enjoy our visit immensely! We would gladly stay here again. I wish we had been told ahead of time that the AC in our room was not working so that we may have been more prepared when we arrived, but they provided a fan which made for a comfortable sleep. Overall, this was a great place to spend our time in CDMX!

Excellent location to explore Mexico City. Javier was a wonderful and helpful host for our first time visit. Definitely would recommend MX Grand Suites as the best place to stay !

Efficiency in Polanco. Large clean rooms around the block from the St. Regis. Helpful person at the checkin desk. Not really a hotel, more like an apartment with a 24/7 doorman. The sheets were a tad old but everything else was just fine.

Very large suites. Staff were accommodating, but didn't speak much English. Patio was very large, however, the motion-sensitive light kept going off after 15 seconds or so, which meant that the patio could not be used after dark. We also liked the location: lively and in the middle of real life, not isolated, and easy to reach places from there.

This property was fabulous, the staff was excellent, the room was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and lots of great restaurants near by. We will stay here again and recommend it to all our friends

We had a wonderful stay at MX Grand - they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable all the time. Our stay at MX Grand Suites was wonderful. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the front desk manager, Javier. He was incredibly kind and welcoming during our stay-- always asking us how we were doing and offering recommendations. The other staff were also nice and attended to any question we had for them. The room and bathroom were a nice size for two people and the rooms were clean. The only drawback was how thin the walls were but luckily we only had to deal with neighbors for one of the three days we were there. We were also staying on the top floor so the wind would often lightly shake the room. Would stay here again though!

Too close for comfort
A nice enough looking hotel, but the adjacent room’s balcony is able to look directly into your room…in fact with no difficulty, climb over the railing and onto your balcony…and into your room. Balcony doors were shaky at best and not easily lockable. Lighting was not great, and hotel was noisy.

Comfortable space in an ideal location
Our room was excellent. It was clean, spacious and came with a well stocked kitchen. The location was very convenient with a good selection of nearby restaurants and cafes and close to many tourist spots. More so, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a comfortable and fun stay here!

Absolutely wonderful place. We stayed in room 102 which was lovely my only complaint. The wi-fi. If you're going to count on that Wi-Fi you're going to have a problem thankfully we have T-Mobile and it wasn't a big deal. We stayed a week and it was awesome

Booked last minute, as my reservation fell through at another hotel. They were very accommodating. The room was enormous and clean. Air conditioning was sufficiently strong. Javier the desk manager was very kind. Would not hesitate to stay again.

There’s nothing unique about this hotel, staff do what they supposed to do they are very friendly and restful,very clean hotel, the area is good if you are going to stay in the same not too far surroundings otherwise if you are gonna travel away Ubers and taxis are more pricier than what they supposed to be!

It was low key, in a quieter section, but close to the restaurants and cafes! We are able to walk down the street and have plenty of choices of restaurants and cafes and walkable to the Angel of Independence! Great location

Great Location, that's about it
Pros: - Location - Javier at the front desk - High Ceilings - Cleanliness Cons: - Shower goes from scalding to freezing every 30-60 seconds - Poor Air Flow resulting in very hot/humid rooms - Thin Floors so expect to hear every step from those above you (though I do hope the clydesdales that stayed in the room above us had a nice time) - The front desk staff that was not Javier Our stay at this hotel was fine but we will try another hotel on our next visit to CDMX. The shower and other inconveniences were frustrating but what was most off-putting was having to essentially check in and out every time you entered or left the building if the front desk rep was not Javier. They would not remember you and ask you your room number as though you were trespassing each time. Just when we thought we were making too big of a deal of this on our 3rd night we turned to see that security had snuck up the stairs behind us to follow us to our room. This was extremely invasive and offputting and decidedly the opposite of the "this is your home" message the hotel claims.

I've stayed at other hotels in CDMX and will likely return to this one. We liked everything about it except the internet speed and access. Glitchy at best. The property, room, staff, etc, all just great. Rooms -101, and -102 (that's negative 101, and 2) are ground floor with a lovely and private feeling patio. The room itself was just a pleasure. We choose not to stay in American brand hotels and amongst the locally owned, smaller, more boutique hotels in the area, this is our favorite so far.

NO AIR CONDITIONER!!! I start with that because a property at this price point should have A/C. The place is super clean and its very comfortable. Javier gave great service. I cannot state how attentive he was. The room is comfortable and has decent amenities. I would not stay here again without the AC. I did see afterward that they do not show AC as an amenity so that falls on me.

The hotel was clean, well located, safe and quiet, near the angel and Diana's tower. You'll find on The Street , restaurants, canteena's and pizzerias. Also you can cook in the room.
