The staff was extremly helpful and nice. The room is big, quiet and the hotel is well located. Close to many interesting places. I would stay again without any doubt.

Es un hotel muy bueno en relación calidad de precio, la ubicación es ideal, bastante cerca de toda el area turística. Lo unico que mejoraría un poco es el desayuno que fue muy basico y se acaban rápida las opciones y no las vuelven a reponer

The hotel is perfect. The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and they also suggested places for us to visit nearby. The best part was the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel, including helpful staff. We will surely stay here the next time we visit Mexico City.

Great place to stay in Mexico City
We love staying at the Kali Escondon! Friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, and endless free espresso in the lobby. Very safe neighborhood too.

Not good enough for work related travel.
Good hotel, good service and nice facilities. However, its wifi is really poor. Useless for anything heavier that plain emails and light downloads. Weak wifi signal in all rooms away from lobby and bar. Not good enough for work related travel.

Great spot, safe to walk and lots of great food nearby 3-5 minutes walking distance. It’s cheaper to Uber anywhere- their taxis are about 3x more that what Uber charges. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms.

It was so nice staying here after a week in the middle of the jungle! Nice in room AC, comfy bed, ample towels, fast room service and fun TV channels. The wifi was kind of slow, but that’s to be expected. And the breakfast was different daily. Also, the staff was very patient and accommodating with my year one Spanish. Definitely recommend.

I really liked this hotel. Customer service was great. The breakfast buffet in the mornings was good, only thing i was bummed out about was that everyone was getting served coffee except for our table. We asked once and 20 mins passed and nothing. When I asked again they finally brought it. Other than that great hotel!

beautiful room and hotel. AC worked great. Staff was super friendly. Hotel is near the Condesa, but not in it. Escondon is fine, but you need to walk a couple blocks to get into the really cool area with a lot of cafes and restaurants.

Hotel súper bonito. Servicio mediocre.
De verdad lamento no poder dar una calificación de 10 a este hotel porque lo que tiene que ver con la parte física y de ubicación todo está excelente. Sin embargo, hubo omisiones en el servicio que no son aceptables en un hotel de ninguna clase. LO BUENO. No sé si sea el estilo original o es un edificio remodelado y le dieron ese look, pero se ve como un condominio Art Decó recién inaugurado. Súper bonito. La habitación es muy amplia con cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado funcionando a la perfección. 10 de 10. El vecindario no es el mejor pero tampoco está mal. Y te encuentras exactamente en medio de las colonias Condesa y Nápoles; dos de los vecindarios más bonitos y con mejores restaurantes de la ciudad a dónde puedes caminar sin problemas. Además, llegas en Uber en menos de 10 minutos a todos las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. LO NO TAN BUENO. En general, el servicio es amable pero poco entrenado (excepto el jefe de recepción que parece que te está haciendo el favor de atenderte). Por ser socio Gold de hoteles.com, se suponía que me tenían que dar una bebida de bienvenida, ascenso de categoría de habitación y late check out. No me dieron ninguno porque ni una cerveza tenían. Y lo que me hizo estallar en cólera, fue cuando nos molestaron a mi pareja y a mí en la habitación aunque teníamos el letrero de no molestar. Lo peor: no he escuché una sola disculpa por parte de nadie. Por esa razón no regresaría.
