Great location, nice staff and hotel is clean. We also tried the food at the restaurant and we liked it. We are definitely considering this hotel for a future trip.

The biggest positive was just how wonderful the location was. Av Francisco l. Madero 30, Centro Histórico was a really delightful area! The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was an easy walk to a street of nice restaurants, and shopping stores.

I love where this hotel is located, it’s right in the middle of everything. Hotel was cute. My one and only complaint was the bathroom door. It’s a thick see through ish material, so if you go with anyone but your significant other, it’s awkward. I went with my brother so we through a blanket over it

First day I tried to open the shades and they fell on top of me. There was no fridge in the room as well. I asked for body soap and never received it, thank goodness I had taken my own. Lastly, I lost some souvenirs I asked the front desk and Christopher said to look for whoever served me. His attitude was not what I expected. In overall, I will pay the extra dollars but be happy with the services that I receive in another hotel. I

The place was very convenient if you want to stay in the downtown, everything is close and at night the main street feels safe. The staff was polite but without been friendly. The reception is modern and nice. The room I stayed was a little outdated. The walls were white but they look kind of dirty, the beds felt uneven and uncomfortable, the pillows were very good. The AC was fantastic and the TV, extra kudos for the water bottles. Try to ask for a room that is not in the outside seeing the street, during the day it is nice but at night it is very loud.

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The location, the room, the staff, everything was great! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for the best location in Mexico City. There are lots of dining options and is very walkable. I loved it. Definitely coming back.

The location was perfect to be close to the center of the city. I did not like the service of the restaurant. Staff seems to be unhappy and notice the managers are micromanagers hence the attitude of the staff not being as friendly for dining. The rooms should have a fridge. That part was an inconvenience. Beds should be softer. Very hard to sleep in. Generous with water not so much the coffee. Only provided decaf and I constantly had to ask for caffeinated packet. They did provide an iron and board upon my request. Dolores the housekeeper was friendly.

Dear hotel Ritz personal, Overall our experience was great!! The only recommendation I have is to clean under the beds as it gets dusty. I see that the bed frames are very low, therefore, difficult to mop the floor, but it is necessary. Other than that, I recommend Ritz México. Regards, Nayubel
