Bed bugs, mold, smell of mold, leaking sinks, dirty, hair left in bathrooms, no air conditioning or fans, and they won’t respond to give me a refund. I do not recommend. We had to find a new hotel within an hour of checking in.

Our 2nd stay
The room was clean with great accommodations especially for my elderly parents. My father was able to use his scooter with ease. The patient and friendly staff were very helpful in demonstrating how to use the air conditioning and facilities. They didn’t hesitate to assist. Room service was excellent! Having a shuttle to take us to and from the airport was a major plus for us.

We got to the hotel early, 5 hours early due to our flight time into Mexico City. We were told we couldn’t check into our room until 3. We asked for advice about what to do, where to eat, etc. and got very little info., none that was helpful. There is no pool so that wasn’t an option. The hotel was ok, the area around it was less than desirable.

Lovely Stay!!!
Lovely hotel and a spectacular room! Clean, comfortable, spacious…I was quite thrilled! Being an airport vicinity hotel nothing around the area so I chose to eat at the restaurant. Efficient shuttle to the airport. Wonderful staff!

Perfect, the only problem I had for some reason was calling the hotel. The 1800 numbers did not work for me or some people I ask for help in Mexico to call the hotel for the shuttle. I found the local number and my newly met friends at the airport were able to call. Once I pass that issue, all was great. Good location, shuttle service and buffet breakfast included.
