Es muy frustrante q cuando lleges a un lugar en el cual ya tienes una reservación hecha con los servicios q requieres te dicen q ya no está tu reservación disponible no importa q te brinden algo q tu no solicitaste !!!

DON’T BOOK
Horrible booking practices. We arrived and were told our reservation had been cancelled two hours prior due to errors in our booking information but we used the exact same information to book a different hotel. We were told we received an email notice but we didn’t receive anything. I had even called ahead to confirm the booking. The front desk staff was very indifferent and told us the hotel was fully booked. Based on other reviews, this is a common practice they do. Same script too.

Do not recommend
Although the location is good- the street that it’s on feels very unsafe with folks experiencing homelessness and livings in tents. We were advised not to walk at night because violence has risen in this part of town. Additionally,we reserved a crib and they didn’t have it readily available for us on our first night so we ended up having to place the mattress on the floor and had a sleepless night with our 1 year old crying all night. Breakfast only has 4 tables available so people from our group had to wait for a table to be open to be seated. We decided to go to a restaurant near by instead. The rooms also had a moldy smell, lack natural light, and noisy at night. We were a family of 6 with 2 little ones and reserved 3 hotel rooms. Will not be staying here again and do not recommend.

Hotel is good but did not offer the Gold Member benefits through Hotels membership. Did not give late check out neither room upgrade. Overall it was okay.

This venue is of 2 star quality. Floors walls bed sheets and shower were unclean. It is advertised with buffet breakfast and it definitely dose not have this available. Staff were friendly.

Always love staying here! It’s at least the 4th time — it’s perfectly situated, clean and well-appointed, in short, a great place to stay while you’re in the city. Highly recommended!

Staff was so kind and provided great service I feel terrible leaving a bad review but the location was not at all great. Sunday service was held at their courtyard or hall and i heard a bunch of chanting and yelling. The lights were flickering and did not work well. I was only in there for 20 min before deciding to check out and I had bites on my chest. The photo lighting was definitely edited. Haha

El personal es muy amable, pregunté por un tour a las pirámides de Teotihuacán y ellos arreglaron todo para mi y mi familia! De igual manera siempre nos tenían un taxi listo. Solo estoy en desacuerdo con el restaurante, dice que es buffet y en realidad no hay nada para buffet, además que no me dejaron poner una silla adicional o una mesa. Por lo que tuvimos que ir a otro lado a desayunar. Entiendo que estamos en pandemia, pero no veo la lógica de sentarnos en mesas separadas ya somos una sola familia y viajamos todos juntos, pero bueno fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien.

The location is great and the hotel seems renovated, it’s quiet, bed is great and the shower was AMAZING!! I read some bad reviews about the rooms having no AC or not clean enough but it was not the case for mine. Only concern is the small elevator that makes a lot of noises, other than that great stay

The hotel was good in itself in regards to quality, however it was noisy. The walls / door were pretty thin. I could hear people in other rooms and also the slamming of doors and loud talking in the halls in the morning by house cleaning / other guests i presume. Woke me up early every morning. This was the only downside. Don't think I'd stay here again for that reason.

The stay was very nice and the staff were incredibly kind. The beds were comfortable and the sauna was the cherry on top. We also had the breakfast and it was good. The staff also managed to get us a taxi to take us from the hotel to our next destination. Overall, a great time.
