We are very sorry for your comment which is neither objective nor honest. Your comment is because you reserved a standard room and wanted a change to a deluxe room for free, which could not be possible because the price you paid was the lowest rate and because we were full with no more availability. This is the first negative comment we have of this type, and we are very sorry that you handle yourself this way. Hurting with hateful negative comments when we just couldn't make the change for free and because we were already full. We couldn't take the room away from another guest, who paid more for a bigger room, just to give it to you, which you couldn't understand. This is not honest.
