Excellent option for visiting Cd. de Mex.
The location Polanco is an excellent point for visiting the city with many transportation options. The area also includes many shopping options (retail, groceries, street markets, etc). The property is in excellent condition, rooms are spacious, and staff is super helpful and friendly. This is definitely an excellent value.

It was all about kindness and respect, once you show up, people are kind, they help you with all you need to know, no bell man to guide you to your room but wasn’t necessary, it was easy to find the room. Rooms are bigger than I expected clean and have many supplies, having delivery was so easy as we arrived late at night but have 30 minutes delivery all around the area

Great place!
Staff was attentive and amazing and room was super clean, comfortable, and spacious. I had to work for several hours and the WiFi connectivity was perfect as well.

Staff attentive, room was cleaned very well every day. No heat. Restaurant is low-end to just okay. They leave food sitting out for long periods of time, probably not a healthy practice.

This this so dar from a hotel, it is so far from pictures shown, it is pretty basic and they charge for 4 stars hotel, no amenities at all, breakfast only and they charged me also they charged for a bottle of water in the room, amazing!! I stayed one night and I moved to another hotel, i felt robbed. Good advice stay away from this “hotel” or you will regret.

Very nice place to stay in Polanco area.
This hotel was extremely clean and well-appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was really nice (great coffee!), with lovely outdoor seating. The only negative for me was the thin walls - we could hear everything happening in the halls and adjoining rooms.

Rooms are not soundproof
Rooms are not soundproof, the only discomfort I experienced during the stay. If you are light sleeper would not recommend.
