"I liked that the property was 10 minutes from the hotel, room was spacious, had a large elevator. I didn’t like the lack of communication I received when I reached out after I paid and realized to my mistake that the shuttle did nut run after 11am and we were set to arrive at at 10:15. We were told we would have to meet it by 10:45. That gave us 30 minutes to deplane & retrieve our luggage! What kind of shuttle stops running at 11am? Plus, Every question I asked the hotel came back vague and basically unanswered and I had never been so stressed during any part of any of my travels in all my life! I even had to get Expedia Customer Service involved. They couldn’t even get a complete answer out of them. Worst communication ever! Then, when the shuttle came for us to take us back to the airport there was already a family with 2 small children in it so my husband and I squeezed in and the driver proceeded to drop us off somewhere in the “terminal” area not at departures which wasn’t even close and that poor young family got so stressed as they had so many bags and the driver yelled at them and stated they did not say they wanted to be dropped off at the departure area, and that it would cost him money go to that area! We all spoke up and said, “we”ll pay!” The father of the children handed him the money and he took off like a mad man! I was so happy to get out of that van! Please read all the fine print to this hotel before booking. Twice."

"Room was comfortable and spacious. Free airport shuttle and proximity to airport was good. Communication was a little slow but fine. Note the shuttles are at preset times and you will be with others."

"This place is in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. This is not even a hotel. This is a collection of houses that are converted into stay. I am not sure how expedia even suggested this to me. It did not feel safe to stay with the family. There are no stores , restaurants near by. And the address provided in expedia is wrong. It takes you the middle of nowhere. The front desk was super rude when i called from the airport asking for where the shuttle will pick me up. The shuttle that comes to pick you up will say 'Tina's Apartments'. I dont even know how they get to call themselves airport hotel. Its pretty far from hotel. Even the uber and taxi drivers are confused with the route. This is probably a good option if you traveling solo. Expedia should not list this as a hotel "

"We had booked this hotel specifically for the pool so we’re incredibly disappointed to arrive to the pool under construction and out of use (this was not advertised on the website)"

"DO NOT BOTHER booking this hotel if you have any possible chance of having a medical emergency. You’ll be out all of your money after sending all the documents they asked for and still being told “too bad”. I am pregnant and needed immediate medical attention for complications. I explained this to the hotel manager and she requested aI send an email with proof. I did and was still told “No refund even with your circumstances”. I fully understand that I was a day away from check in and the policy is technically that there is no refund, but making me jump through all kinds of hoops in sending personal documentation of pregnancy and then having no kindness or understanding is foul. Shame on this hotel manager, they will show you no mercy on things you cannot control."
