"This was a big treat for us We originally made reservations for a Friday and Saturday, but added a Sunday night before we originally checked in. The room was wonderful as was for the most part, the restaurant, During check in, the representative went over the use of our keys and the best way to access our room. We also gave her a credit card for what she described as "incidentals." I asked her about the fact that we had 2 reservations and she said that that was no problem and that we could keep the same room throughout our stay. She also handed us our parking pass to hang on our rearview mirror. There were only two issues about this process that we only found out later: 1. We weren't advised of a $20 charge per night for parking ($60 is hardly what I would call "incidental"). 2. We were not told (til last morning) that a complimentary breakfast came with the room. The first 2 nights were great, The third day we went to a family reunion. That afternoon, I received a text stating that because the reservation for the third night was separate, we would have to re check in at the front desk, Upon our return that night, we checked in again and went up to our room - it had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and they offered to send up a crew but we were tired and only requested towels. 2 issues here: 1. The room was not cleaned. 2. Why not tell us of the 2nd check-in the 2nd morning, or even when we originally checked in?"
