"The restaurant bar was amazing and great service by workers Charlie and his crew the front desk employees not so great no smiles no welcoming everyone that I met while on my stay they definitely need to be retrained the hotel is very appealing they should be more welcoming when guests arrive and have questions. Other then the front desk staff everything was amazing will go again will."

"Check in was a bit difficult since they couldn't find our reservation. After getting our room we had trouble finding parking, also our room key was not working because door needed new batteries. Throughout our stay, the parking situation was difficult to manage due to the lack of spaces and some parking spots were occupied by multiple trailers. The shower drain was clogged and the bathroom door was difficult to close and even more difficult to open. I will say the bed was comfortable and the AC was working well as so did the fridge."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel having never heard of it before. It was very clean and smelled like a Disney resort at least in the lobby. But it didn’t smell bad or musty anywhere. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very large. We got in late so we basically just slept here. The breakfast had a great selection of popular cereals, Oikos yogurts, breads and pastries. They also had miniature waffles, eggs, potatoes and bacon. This was not your average hotel paper thin breakfast bacon, this was actually good bacon. They also offered Starbucks coffee with some flavored codfee surups. The only thing I wish it had was a small table to eat at if we were staying longer since there defrost room. It’s possums rooms have that but ours did not even though it had a separate long room area. We would definitely stay here again."

"At check in, the nice and polite blonde young lady was very informative and asked if we had snow/sand boards. I had left ours back home, it was a nice surprise that the hotel offered them. The room was clean and had enough towels for our party of 6 (we got the suite), pullout couch was hard but we made it work. The room was big and had an extra sink so we never felt tight. Breakfast was great, perfect location and outstanding customer service. When we got home I realized we lost my daughter’s sandal and I called to ask if they had found it. Unfortunately they didn’t but they checked the room and parking lot and called me back, so I appreciate that. Again customer service was outstanding."
