Unfortunately the stairs were very steep and the light on landing/stairs didn't work it was too dangerous and difficult to see if the bulb needed changing do we had many perilous journeys down the stairs.There were also no instructions manuals for anything.The area was very run down and not at all pleasant. We feel very let down
