« The host Marnie could not have been more welcoming or helpful catering to our individual needs. The property was as described with a combined wow as each guest arrived. « Excellent booking and communication with Filippo and Jayne who allowed us to bring our two springer spaniels to stay with us. The barn is exactly as per the pictures and is so well equipped it had everything we needed. The location is excellent and we were able to visit the beacons and the beach on the Gower (where I was born). A lovely relaxing break and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vicarage Cottage. It is indeed ‘a hidden gem’ and we would highly recommend it to future guests. The sizeable kitchen, cosy lounge, small landing and exquisitely decorated bedroom all contribute towards a most unique holiday destination. All communication with the hosts was positive and helpful. « A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together. There were just a few things we thought to mention: 1. No WiFi came as a huge surprise. Personally we (and probably most) assumed there would be wifi. "Je suis venue dans cet hôtel pour 1 nuit est je n’ai pas du tout appréciée…. Attention dans les chambres il y a de grandes fenêtres mais ne s’ouvrent pas complètement uniquement le haut vers l’extérieur… pas de Clim ! Avec cette chaleur Juste un petit ventilateur pour survivre… le spa est trop décevant… une piscine froide qui ne donne pas envie, un jacuzzi trop brûlant un sauna hyper petit ( il ne faut pas être claustrophobe ..) les vestiaires sales. Un conseil apporter bien vos claquettes.. et pour finir j’ai pris un repas ( salade cesar) horrible ! Quelques bout de salade avec 1kg de mayonnaise et quelques morceaux de parmesan… ( j’avais demandé sans anchois) et le tout pour 16$?! J’ai rien touché.. à part ça le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel très sympathique. C’est dommage … et décevant "

"Bien placé pour découvrir les sites avec un grand parking. Par contre la literie avec des matelas à ressorts et des lits pour deux assez étroits, par rapport à ce qui se fait pour ce prix, ce n'est pas acceptable. On a signalé qu'on avait mal dormi quand on nous a demandé si tout allait bien, sans plus de considération. Pour dîner, prévoir 2h de service. L'espace piscine est vieillissant."
