"This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay."

Only negative comment was I asked for feedback on room as ground floor all have trees blocking light and staff member did not provide any feedback. That said room and outside bathroom was lovely inside. Would come back again. Location great for walking into Kuta and handy if have scooter to other beaches as nearest beach area covered in trash."

"We stayed at Tunak for 5 days 4 nights and we were immensely impressed with their service, amenities, cleanliness. The sea view was serene, picture perfect. Room & Pool was clean and well maintained. For city dwellers, maybe would need one to two nights to get used to the silent and peaceful night. We loved the sea turtle release activity! Special shout out to Guntha (Dining Manager) and Wirdah (Concierge) for their warmth and professional service. Great to see Tunak employing staff of different capabilities. Superb!"

The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back."
