Lakeside Sand Beach House on 3 Acres of fun Near Nisswa and Cross Lake.

Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. In the winter there is a snowmobile trail right out front of the house. We have a 8 person jacuzzi hot tub available except in summer months. Enjoy your stay at our paradise!!

My family enjoyed this place so much! Mark was quick to answer questions very fast. The hot tub and game room were a hit for sure. Coffee bar was great too. Large enough space ALL around for us.Thanks Mark and Andrea for for the memories!

the house was nice,but it could use some cleaning, we paid the cleaning bill and the house was not clean, we had to vacuum the kitchen and living area, even the couch had crumbs all over it, the garbage can in the bathroom was full and smelled, they forgot to make the beds so we had to go out in the gameroom for 3 hours and the beds had mice droppings all over them and mice traps all over, the dart board had all broken darts so we couldnt use that and the hot tub was not full of water so it took awhile before we could use it, and the sauna didnt work

We had a large group (16) that stayed for an ice fishing trip. Everything was as advertised and communication was great. We did have a few unexpected issues with the property but Mark was responsive and we understand things happen. The one bunk room/game room is in a separate building fyi but that was obvious to us. Lots of room for our group and our time together for breakfasts and dinners was easy in the large kitchen/dining/living room space. The beds were obviously newer and most of us loved them, but a few thought they were firm fyi. The Sauna, Hot tub, game room, large tvs, and multiple spaces to gather made our evenings off the ice enjoyable. For reference if ice fishing, access from the property is easy by snowmobile, (depending on snow coverage of course). The info book and labeling around the place is excellent and helpful. Summers here look like they would be fun too. Would definitely consider booking again for a family event or another getaway.

The best part of this trip is our host . Mark is excellent . I ve never come across such a helpful and supportive host in Vrbo . He helped us through the snow storm and let us stay longer than booking ..He helped our grp a lot . Home is very clean and well kept . There were so many playing stuff for kids too .. very nice view of lake . Over all a very good stay .

This property was amazing! We can't say enough about it, from the amazing beds, to the awesome game room enjoyed by adults and kids. The kitchen had any and every appliance you needed along with all the pots and pans. If you forgot seasoning, no worries, they had it. The coffee bar was exceptional as well. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna each night and morning. There was an issue with a sink but Mark let us know even before check in. We will definitely look into this property again. Easy check in and check out process. Fun was had by ALL!!

It was a wonderful place for having our entire family of 16 people. Plenty of space to spread out and have alone time as well as group time. Kitchen was great - this VRBO was the most well stocked we have ever had - plenty of dishes and appliances to make our stay great. Kids were in the water alot and used a number of the water toys. It was the best possible place for our annual family time.

Summer vaca

The house met our family's needs with lots of space for all of us to hang out and was fully stocked. The deck and furniture was also big enough for all of us to hang out together. Lots of wood for bon fires. Sauna worked great. Lake was clear with a sandy bottom. Caught enough fish for a fish fry. Enjoyed the game room and the bunk room once the beds had been made up. The one draw back was that it did not have air conditioning got warm in there. The lake was quite a walk from the house but was able to drive down to the beach when needed.

Great location and very comfortable

Great place to stay. Comfy beds, great fire pit and lake access. Updated I terikr with detached game room. Very fun. Biting flies near the water, bring a thermocell and it’s no problem. Hot tub was not filled therefore it was unusable otherwise would have given 5 stars.

This was our 2nd year staying here. We have already booked for next year. Everyone had such a good time. Love the bunk room- all the grandchildren love being able to sleep in same room.They are very quick to answer any questions you may have while staying.Highly recommend.

Disappointed arrival

The property is nice, with a large yard. The cabin is nice, just as the pictures show. It's well stocked with everything you need. There's plenty of things for children to do(game room, board games, and shed full of oudoor toys). We had a few issues, the worst being our forgotten arrival. The listing could state that the 6th bedroom is in a total different building.
