« Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

« Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. The nicely landscaped large backyard was fully fenced, bringing great joy to our two dogs after being cooped up in the car for the long trip. The house is close to I-405 but the traffic noise was hardly noticeable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend Sean and his place. »

« Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. »

« The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that »
